This artwork is my reimagining of the frustrated resignation emoji. Usually, the emoji is depicted as an upside-down smiling face, and I use it if I'm being sarcastic, ironic, and, at times, irked. I started the doodle out of frustration while, ironically, participating in a doodling game. It captures my frustration at the time, but also my ability to laugh at any given situation. I started associating with the doodle the more the game went on. Eve M Johnson is an emerging artist residing in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
