Mr. NYC Subway captured this image in early 2019 of a vintage R1 NYC subway train from the 1930s.
Bokeh is a term used in photography to describe the blurred effect (i.e. out of focus) for the portions of an image. Mr. NYC Subway used his Canon 50mm lens when he took this photo, so the bokeh was quite powerful because the aperture was at its lowest setting (1.2)!
