How it works: By purchasing this Derivative Commission NFT you are formally signed up for I, Brian Morris, to create a custom artwork based on an avatar to which you have the derivative rights.

This Derivative Commission NFT acts as deposit, and place-in-line holder, for 1 derivative artwork. I will work on and complete commissions in the sequence in which the Derivative Commission NFTs are aquired. Once complete, I will mint your commission as an 1/1 NFT on OpenSea. Your completed 1/1 NFT will be made available to you, and only you, as a private sale at a mutually agreed ETH price. When you purchase the 1/1 NFT of the complete artwork at the agreed price; I will immediately buy back this Derivative Commission NFT in ETH at the USD value of the ETH price at the time which you purchased it, effectively returning your deposit. If you flake out or do not complete the purchase of the finished 1/1 NFT in a timely fashion, I will hold / sell / make editions of / burn, the completed work as and how I please, within the derivative rights of the project. If for reasons beyond my control I am unable to complete your commission, I will purchase back in ETH this Derivative Commission NFT at the USD value of the ETH price at the time which you purchased it. You cover your own gas.

Should you burn/sell/transfer this Derivative Commission NFT to anyone but me, you forfeit your deposit, place in line and commission request.
