Have you ever felt dependent upon something. Something that for even just a moment made you feel better? It sucks when you already feel bad about something and then you feel even worse because you know you shouldn’t be doing the thing that is making you feel better. Somedays I feel like I have it together. Other days, like today, I feel like I can’t do anything right so i’ll indulge and feel worse about myself. The cycle continues. Idk who needs to hear this, but for those of you that question why you’re alive, same.
