There is a meditation one can do on one’s future death. It’s generally good for you. Here’s a bit of information about it from a recent podcast.

On World Poetry Day, I offered up a bit from my own practice of death-mindfulness.

I think of the profound, manufactured inaccessibility of death. It’s an experience available to everyone, although our culture tries to obscure it. Death is with us at every moment of our lives.
