The volume of training is relatively high to create a hypertrophy response for the shoulders. Due to the nature of how some of the circuits are designed you should expect to lose body-fat if your nutrition is prioritized during the month.

This is an OG level (advanced) program designed for those with greater than 3 years of training experience.
