*Backstory: I have visited Sweden a number of times, but the light during mid-summer is something quite spectacular and unique when golden hour becomes so much more. I still remember this evening in 2015 vividly, having been to Smogon and shot colourful boathouses in slightly overcast and disappointing conditions, I began my long drive back to our guest house disappointed and flat. However this all changed however, as the sky transformed into one of the most jaw dropping sun sets I have ever witnessed. This image is part of a series I captured near the end of a rather frantic and unplanned couple of hours.

**Project info: Growing up on an island, I have always been drawn to water and in particular the calming nature of the sea lapping the shoreline. Coastal calm brings together all of my emotions about the natural beauty of coastlines and their soothing qualities captured over a number of years in locations around the world.
