The Girl with a Pearl Earring was painted by Johannes Vermeer in 1667. It is one of Vermeer's most famous works. The character portrayed in the painting is known to be a foreigner, and her most striking accessory is the large pearl earrings.

In the artist's rendition, Vermeer used the outlines of the original artwork to create his own roadmap. He aimed to emphasize the elegance and simplicity of the delicate pearl earrings, just as they are in Vermeer's original piece. For this reason, he depicted the image in dark tones. The background in the painting is less intricate compared to some of his other works. Instead, there is a flower that covers the entire canvas, representing the Girl with a Pearl Earring's purity and cleanliness. Vermeer portrayed the Girl with a Pearl Earring as remarkably pure and clean, perhaps due to his skillful use of light in the painting. The butterfly on the girl's face symbolizes her gracefulness.

It is quite difficult to draw and design something from scratch, but the most difficult part for me is the coloring phase. At this stage I try so many colors that it is very difficult to choose one in the end.

I found something like this as a solution. Instead of one color, there will be 3 different color options and only 1 work will be done. It will look like a print process, but it will be 1/1. I hope you like this idea.
