When I was a kid, my dad used to tell me stories of growing up with fancy silver chopsticks that were meant to tarnish when in contact with poison, insinuating that he was important enough to be the target of some cabal assassination attempt (and who knows, it could be true).

Problem was I also grew up with The Princess Bride, who taught me that with enough practice, you can just eat the poison.
