Known as the only cereal plant that grows in swamps in water, all stages of rice, from planting to harvesting and placing it on the table as pilaf, are carried out with painstaking efforts. This journey, which started for the transformation of paddy into rice, brings with it great devotion and effort. When the seeds start to take hold at every stage, the hope of the producer, who sees the plants growing on the swamp and wetland, starts to sprout. The spraying period starts approximately 2 months after planting so that there is no disease or weed in the paddy, which requires constant care and water. Seasonal conditions are normal and drought is not experienced, and if there is plenty of water, quality and increase in the product is ensured. The fields are constantly flooded while the paddy is grown, which completes its cultivation and spike maturity in about 5 months, and the paddy that reaches a certain maturity is harvested and dried by combines. At the last stage, the paddy that is sold to rice mills is separated from their hulls and turned into rice and meets with consumers.
