Today on World Mental Health Day, we decided to mint this piece with all profits from the primary sale going to Young Minds, the UK’s leading charity fighting for children and young people's mental health.
Captured as day turned into night during The Speed Project 2020 (a 31.15 hour running race), It's one of 10 unique creations in my Impact Drop 1 collection, raising funds for charity and non-profit partners.
The title for the piece comes from this quote from Oprah Winfrey. "When you run a race, you hurt your ability to compete when you turn your head to look at the competition chasing you. You lose a step physically & psychologically. Run the race always stretching to do your best, imitations will come in last, no one can catch an original”.
