The 3D scan of the Venus sculpture was digitally modified, the shape, the colour, the background and the movement were animated. This is a transformation of a 3D scan into an animation. A sphere has been added that is also a reflection of our Earth, which always manages to maintain the values of Venus and follow its path of fertility. The Venus is a 3-metre high and 12-tonne sculpture created by Lukas Mayr as part of the 4th Biennale in Val Gardena, Italy. He worked on this sculpture for 1.5 years and created it piece by piece. Its material is made of cement. The sculpture will travel all over South Tyrol (Italy) for the next 8 years as part of the "Venus" project to bring fertility and peace to the country. In order for the positive transformation of the Venus to reach the world, the Venus was scanned in 3D and digitally modified in different ways. Depending on the processing, there are rarer versions and more frequent ones. One version of the Venus will appear as a physical sculpture through a 3D milling machine.A transformation is shown in which the message and the meaning of the form of Venus is always central and presents hope for everyone of us.
