Artist: EKREM ŞAHİN I was born in 1981 in Antalya. I am a wholesale fruit and vegetable trader. Although photography is a hobby for me, it is my second profession that I do professionally. I specialize in photography such as documentaries, landscapes and portraits. For the last 2 years, I have been giving importance to drone photography because seeing the world from above is different. an excitement and happiness, I try to reflect these beauties in my photos.. I have the EFIAP artistic title from the International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP) and the Global Photographic Union CR2 title. I am also a member of Sille Art Palace, the exhibition hall of FIAP in Konya, I have the titles of SSS/R and SSS/AIR, which have made a name for themselves in the international arena. I have received more than 1000 awards and acceptances from many international and national competitions. I have participated in group photography exhibitions in many different countries with my photographs. I opened 2 personal exhibitions.
These photos in the collection are unique ones and impossible to take again. The changes on weather conditions, (rain-snow-wind-temperature, drought) also change the landforms..The current image disappears...In these photos I took; I want to convey a visual message that nature is trying to give us with the landforms formed in the drying lakes and rivers. The content in the images makes us feel that the world needs our help. Sometimes a tree figure and sometimes a flower seed lies deep within these cosmos images. It's almost as if we see "the lifeblood of nature". These veins are so colorful that whatever is on the earth, under it, all life is colorful.As the world turns, the change of colors fades. Lakes and rivers are dying. Nature is now screaming at humanity. We have to listen to the voice of nature. We will soon feel this sound not only in photographs, but also in all our cells. “If the water disappears, we will all perish”. Take care of your world!
