Deep in Blue

Using turquoise and purple to fill the space on each side of the black line proved powerful, depending on how one views this piece. The smaller the view, the more the work appears deep in blue; however, the unique colors stand out when viewed in a larger format. The three-pixel wide continuous circuitous black line winds its way throughout the square design. Each piece of art in this collection begins with a single contiguous, strictly three-pixel-wide black line that begins and ends in the same place, making it a very circuitous circle. The line makes only right-angle turns and is separated from itself by a three-pixel-wide space that is colored on either side by a color. Therefore, although the black line is the most used color, it may not be the predominant color when viewed. The line is drawn by calculating the outcome of completing a square without intersection, feeling, and thought.
