When I first learned to shave, I used my dad's Aqua Velva as the aftershave. The light blue liquid tightened my skin and smelled rather nice when splashed on. Then the rage became English Leather cologne. But I always remembered the first splash of Aqua Velva and how it made my face feel. To represent the light splashing of the aftershave, I used a two to four-pixel-wide pink line to outline the aqua color. Finally, I used white fill in the rest to keep the whole piece light. The Single Line Art logo is in the lower right corner of the piece.
Each piece of art in this collection begins with single contiguous line 2 to 4 pixels wide that begins in one corner of the piece and ends on the opposite corner. This design was the first type I created. The line doesn't intersect with itself anywhere and is drawn by intuition, feeling, and thought. Each side of the line is then colored.
