Guitar Pic #20. This is the 2nd collaboration in this series and features art by RubenAlexander. The theme is from a song both NFT artists love called Like Suicide written by Soundgarden in 1994. The specific lyric that inspired this piece is:
"Bit down on the bullet now / I had a taste so sour / I had to think of something sweet / Love's like suicide"
The paradox behind the comparison between true love being sacrificial was the inspiring part of this lyric.
The artist used the paper app for an initial sketch, Blender for the composition, and Gimp for post-processing effects. The image is 2000px x 2000px but a larger version can be created to the first NFT owner upon requests. The unlockable content includes progress images and renders that led to the final image used.

Each Guitar Pic represents a song chosen by the artist making the artwork. This project has morphed from creation into a giant collaborative party. I aim to get a current representation of the NFT world by creating a playlist of music formed collectively by all artist involved. This has turned much more into a passion project as I progress. At the end of this project, reaching 99 works of art, there will be a 99 song playlist reflecting the work and spirit of all involved.
