This art shows a heart with Takotsubo Syndrome． Usually, goldfish are used to represent the myocardial tissue characterization in Crypto Heart Failure, but this art work specially uses an octopus to represent Takotsubo Syndrome. The plum tree represents coronary arteries and the flowing water crest represents valvular disease, representing various Japanese art forms.
