This one goes to all my over thinkers out there and yes there is so many of you, you know who you are... I sometimes overthink a lot of things but I don't let my thoughts control me most of the time... It's hard.. It's not easy.. It can drive you real mad at times... So how do I deal with overthinking?

Well there is only so much we can do.. But for me I like to try and put is aside and think or do other things.. The more time you spent on your thoughts that you are overthinking the more it will consume you.. So I try to keep myself busy with other things so my mind doesn't always focus on that specific thing... I think in most cases try to get clarity or assurance from whatever you are overthinking... Talk to someone you feel a safe space with.. But keeping it bottled up can only lead to disaster.
