This isn't a generic conference party. We will have the best Colombian music (La Payara), the best Colombian drinks (from the team at Mesa Franca), non-alcoholic options, late night snacks, and the best Colombian urban art, all in Espacio ODEON, an amazing space in the old town.

The Carnival has been organized by Ross Garlick and Jack Bloor, long term Bogota residents, a restaurant owner (Mesa Salvaje/Pizza Paraiso) and a Latin Urban art gallery owner (Juicy Juicy). Our mission is to show Devcon attendees why Bogota is one of the coolest cities on Earth. This isn't a generic conference party.
