The Carnival has been organized by Ross Garlick and Jack Bloor, long term Bogota residents, a restaurant owner (Mesa Salvaje/Pizza Paraiso) and a Latin Urban art gallery owner (Juicy Juicy). Our mission is to show Devcon attendees why Bogota is one of the coolest cities on Earth. This isn't a generic conference party.
