“Pastel Daydreams” is a collection of images from my travels out West, inspired by my childhood escapism fantasies. I spent my childhood dreaming of far-away, magical places and now I’m in far-away, magical places wondering if I’m dreaming.

These images embody moments where my most peaceful desires manifested before my eyes; moments I spent my whole life wishing for as I escaped from the troubles of my reality and into the arms of my imagination. They remind me of how far I’ve come and that I’m no longer left dreaming, wanting, or wishing. I store these memories in the pockets of my mind and save them for a rainy day or when my thoughts get cloudy.
