Flowing Earth #49
Edition: 1/1
Artist: Norris Niman
Over the last five years, I have explored the ever-changing landscapes of Iceland from above, to find the colliding elements that bring irreversible change to our world. With unimaginable force, the foundation of our earth is chaotically transformed through the power of flow, ripping it from its past, only to be rebuilt elsewhere.
For as long as we have existed, humanity has been looking to the skies, wondering how to fly. Now that we have journeyed way beyond where our imagination could take us, it’s time to change the perspective and widen our perception. It’s time to look down upon what we already have.
This is a collection of 50 unique pieces, shot over a period of five years in Iceland, from planes, helicopters, and drones, looking back down upon our earth. Constantly in motion, always breathing, being torn apart by roaring rivers and ground down by giant glaciers, only to slowly build itself up again with tremendous force from its molten core - our earth is in constant flow.
All first collectors have the chance to receive a unique fine art print of their piece.
