“Quality is a direct experience independent of and prior to intellectual abstractions.”
Robert M. Pirsig, “Phaedrus”
This NFT is part of the Satoshi’s Archetypes Tarot Project; a tribute to another soul who knew a thing or two about archetypes.
As a 2- part collection, each part is made up of 12 tarot style cards with unique applied chaos theory generated backgrounds and modern representations of each archetype. These representations are all wearing a Dali/V for Vendetta style mask, in an attempt to speak to the utility of anonymity in the digital realm we now inhabit, tributing that which has come before.
Each of these 12 archetypes have been elaborated upon by the Swiss psychologist and, in my opinion, philosopher, Carl Jung. His studies and writings have been of great benefit to me thus far.
One of the ways his work can impact the world is by showing us, how to define the facets of our own personality in reference to these universal archetypes and even other archetypes, that we can define these archetypes in our own studies and personal meditation practices.
