There are so many ways to live our lives, many where we can be fooled, kept in the darkness. Not relying on our own understanding is the new wisdom.
Beautifully broken… the healing comes like a light beam, the scars are formed and then revealed rather than hidden.

My favourite subject is the heart, the human heart which has lived and has been broken over the course of life, but which chooses to be healed. Rejection, bereavement, illness, arguments, separation… Everyone needs the broken pieces of their heart to be healed and for broken relationships to be restored.
Inspired by scripture and kintsugi, an ancestral Japanese art that aims to repair broken pottery with gold lacquer, I express the beauty that is reborn from the ashes. The scars are then revealed rather than hidden. And I expect nothing less in each human being.
I invite you to discover my first digital art collection : ‘Beautifully broken’
