Fermentation took place according to the author's technology of our tea engineer in small piles of 200 kg for two months. Such a gentle fermentation mode allows you to achieve an interesting sound in the taste and aroma of the final tea.

The taste is clearly traced bitter chocolate, creaminess, woodiness.
