It’s 2022, the beginning of April, a few weeks before my birthday, and Shanghai goes into a citywide lockdown. We are confined to our apartments in an attempt to stop the spread of Covid. As always, I do what I do best, make the most out of any situation. I took this opportunity to explore my surroundings at midnight, every night for two months of lockdown. Our community consist of lane houses, with many different alleyway's and it was all I could capture at that time. And here I have a collection of Alleyway’s at midnight. A series of editions dedicated to alleyways captured in the middle of the night during lockdown and still an ongoing project. Showing that we can find beautiful locations and still images, anywhere during any time of the day. However some are better at Midnight.
