During the middle of covid lock down, Cortney and I (in the middle of moving out of state) wound up at our parents. After a month we needed some time to our selves. We loaded the van and headed north. We stumbled across a free campsite right on the water at Shasta Lake. It's funny we take our freedoms for granted, and it's no ones fault, it's just how life goes. But after everything that had happened, we had never felt so alive and so free, sleeping in a van, down by a cold lake with no one else around. The next morning did not disappoint. Don't take your freedoms for granted.
