The first in a series of 3 - Our Savior, Lord Quas is a study in digitizing stamped canvas. A handmade linocut stamp is applied to a thin canvas, the ink is cured, and then digitally scanned.
This is a series of 3 digitized canvases that have been stamped with my "Study of Lord Quas" stamps. Lord Quas is the characterization of rapper Quasimoto (https://open.spotify.com/album/0dCxrv92J8gKDh4zObd2ZZ) These stamps were made in 2020 during the pandemic lockdown, and the canvases were inked on 8/3/2021 1 - black and white shadows 2 - Global Majority colorway 3 - classiest combo for shirt making
