I am Oleg Lurye, the author and publisher of the novel “A Mirror Above the Abyss”, and I own all property and author's moral rights rights, all of which I fully, forever and irrevocably incorporate into this NFT

The holder of this NFT shall have the exclusive right to the work of literature “A Mirror Above the Abyss”, covering any screen adaptation, sequel, re-edition, entitlement to royalties from all sales or discontinuation thereof, or any other changes, whether virtual or real, including such other exclusive rights as have not been explicitly stated here, and use all legal mechanisms and remedies for the protection of the rights received.

When you become an NFT “A Mirror Above the Abyss” owner, you take ownership of the novel “A Mirror Above the Abyss”, which means that you can do whatever you want with all of its content, its characters (both positive and negative ones), its essence and gist and you have the right to change any of its characters, create new heroes and kill existing ones. This also means that you may change the content of the novel, create any other versions of events and you are even allowed to delete this novel. You have the right to change anything, including the name of the novel’s author. You have the right to sell its screen rights, translate it in any way into any of the world’s languages, sell it in any country around the world, both in the electronic form and as in print; plus you have the right to sell, gift and transfer the rights associated with the novel at your own discretion.

As the author of the novel “A Mirror Above the Abyss”, I hereby waive any and all claims, whether direct or indirect, against the holder of this NFT as regards the use of the work, as well as authorize any further use of the novel even without crediting the author. The NFT holder shall be entitled to any and all such additional rights and guarantees as may be provided for in the contract that is included in the unlockable content available only to the token holder.

The text of the contract offered to the buyer of the NFT “A Mirror Above the Abyss” for a full transfer of the exclusive copyright to the novel “A Mirror Above the Abyss” is available here. The copyright protection period comprises the lifetime and seventy years after the author's death. To date, the novel “A Mirror Above the Abyss” is commercially available as a hardback, a paperback and an e-book on Amazon.com, as well as from booksellers in the USA and elsewhere (through Amazon). The author earns royalties from the distribution of the novel “A Mirror Above the Abyss” and undertakes, upon request from the new NFT holder, to forthwith render any assistance in having the contracts amended in favour of the new rightsholder or terminate any agreements, as well as undertaking to discontinue any use of the novel “A Mirror Above the Abyss”.

Synopsis of the novel “A Mirror Above the Abyss”:

A Mirror Above the Abyss, is based both on real, tragic events and on certain assumptions linking such events as assassination of President Kennedy, 9/11 attacks, assassination attempt on Pope John Paul II, money laundering of billions of dollars stolen from the IMF, and much more.

An American journalist, Max Malin, got lucky: he came into possession of a unique archive which belonged to an independent 9/11 investigator who was killed under strange circumstances. Malin becomes the target of a manhunt because both secret services of the United States and some other countries, and the largest international crime syndicate are interested in maintaining only the official version of events. The protagonist of novel, however, was able to discover, after a most dangerous investigation conducted both in the USA and in Europe, that official versions of the abovementioned and some other events of global importance in the last 60 years do not reflect the reality. This is his conclusion after getting to know amazing facts and surprising links and relations.

The novel is set in our time, but some parallel action happens in 1963, 1981, 1999, and in 2001, in the days of much-publicized crimes of the century, from Kennedy’s assassination to the skyscraper destruction on 9/11. Some characters in the novel are fictional, others appear under somewhat changed names, while still others are real and recognizable persons – from well-known politicians, billionaires, top business tycoons, ministers of the Vatican to leaders of national and global crime syndicates.
