Ultramarine is my inspiration from expansive water bodies across the world. These vast water bodies bring our attention towards the necessities in life and pay little heed to the luxuries we often desire.
This is my first animated piece in the Meditative Mandala collection. I want you to feel the rippling waves of serene water with a never ending horizon which not only allows you to introspect but also leaves you feeling relaxed and calm. Even a mandala is symbolic of the similar emotion.
Mandala comes from the Sanskrit word 'Mandal' which means circle. Externally, a mandala is a visual representation of the universe in the form of geometric patterns & designs. Internally, it is used as a guide for meditative practices that take place in Asian traditions.
While you proceed to the center of a mandala, you go through a cosmic process of transforming the universe from one of suffering into one of joy & happiness.
