Under My Umbrella is what I like to call my Signature Art Piece. If I were to select a Title and Digital Photograph to display my creative journey as the main lead in a movie, I'd choose this. It's when my creative journey started by following these lights as an immigrant girl in a brand new City. It opened doors to this whole new whimsical world of possibilities where I could pursue my passion for photography for the first time in life.

Most of it felt unreal & too good to be true, yet the streets in Toronto were kind, magical, and filled with lights and reflections, especially on a good rainy day at night. All I needed was my camera, an umbrella and these cyberpunk colours to bring the city back to life.

Let's talk about what inspired the Title of these editions, 'Under My Umbrella.' I grew up listening to Rihana's song 'Umbrella,' and I believe there's something so powerful about these lyrics "When the sun shines, we'll shine together, told you I'll be here forever." The lyrics speak to me, and I can relate them to the NFT community. This space supports and uplifts artists, especially in the bear market and challenging times. It's my Mantra and go-to song because if you're my friend, You can always stand "Under my Umbrella."
