Growing up as African kids, we used to play with tyres using them as pseudo cars. So much excitement came from rolling it and simultaneously running along with it. It just reminded me of childhood.
This collection is a visual story of the African children I met during my one year service in Kano state. These children made my stay in Kano a memorable experience. I barely understood their language but the love and excitement was real. They taught me how to love, how to appreciate life, and to find joy in the littlest things.
