Çomakdağ is a small village. That village still keeps some special traditions, which makes it very unique. Women in the village wear silk head scarfs and always put fresh flowers on them. Because those women want to smell like fresh flowers to their husbands. Even very young or old, all women still wear it in daily life and put on a necklace. Besides the traditional clothes, Çomakdağ has very typical houses with colorful windows and doors, as you see in the photo. Fethinaz is born in this village. She has been living here for years. In the photo, she is preparing some food for the winter. She puts the peppers on a string to dry. This method is used almost in every part of Anatolia.
