It has always been my dream to visit New York City one day and to get involved with the city, to experience it with all my senses, to become one with it.
My collection "NYC - my first date" is exactly that: a first, soulful getting to know the city! The smells, the noises, the inspirations all come to life again when I look at the pictures.
How often had I seen the pictures of NYC on television or in TV shows, and now I was standing here, for the first time in the Big Apple! Fascinated by the yellow cabs and the impressive skyscrapers in Manhattan, the spirit of the city.
Every corner of the city speaks to you on an emotional and inspiring level that cannot be put into words. Moments of togetherness between me and the city are captured in my photographs. The city that never sleeps ... it did not disappoint!
