Panaginip is the god of dreams, stories, and the unconscious. Crippled and blinded as a child, Panaginip is the only deity who has never set foot outside of Kaluwalhatian. His only connection to the outer realms is via his scrying mirror - which he uses to visit the dreams of mortals to provide them with a boon, an omen, or a painful truth. Some say that this frail young man is actually the third incarnation of the dream god, while others say that he is the first.
