I'm Anjana Lohithakshan, an architect and a multi-disciplinary artist from India-fluent in watercolor paintings, sketching, alternative photography, and spatial design. "The temporal state of being" is a closed collection of 6 watercolors landscape paintings rooted in abstract minimalism, made on handmade sheets. These paintings are my immediate responses to cope with the agony I was facing, hoping to see the beauty and bliss of life, serving as a reminder of endurance. This collection is incredibly special to me because of the myriad ways this work can be looked at, enjoyed, and interpreted. Though created during a challenging time, these paintings and their soulful colors vanquish the distress and stimulate a vast array of emotions, fresh perspectives & curiosity at each glance, making them an ever-evolving collection of art celebrating personal victories.
