I captured this photograph of my daughter, Gracie, in 2005. In 2015 an anonymous person took it without permission and made it into a meme with bad type and an overly precious message. That meme was spread far and wide across the web without payment or attribution.
In 2021 I discovered NFT's and the blockchain and decided that it was the perfect way to reclaim this photograph from those who sought to benefit from it.
This collection includes two NFT options. One is an edition of 5 collectibles created in collaboration with Sarah Script. Sarah brought her beautiful calligraphy to this image and made it unique again. I can't thank her enough.
The second NFT is a one of a kind signed original.
