Original Trump World Globe artwork airbrush by Joseph Milioto
Story behind the art: Before the Columbus Circle globe was installed outside Trump International Hotel and Tower at Columbus Circle in Manhattan, New York City, Trump requested a branded custom gold version be designed. This story was confirmed on The Apprentice when Donald Trump told the story about getting an artist rendition, but the ending price was ten times more expensive than the homage to the Unisphere, located in Donald Trump's home borough of Queens, so he chose to have a more generic, less expensive one built. This design was Donald Trump's true vision created in 1994 by Madison Avenue Air brush legend "Madmen" Joseph Milioto.
Grandfather of Graphic Design MadMen Joseph Milioto worked on Madison Avenue as one of the original airbrush experts of the early advertising days in expensive cars and Milioto was in hot demand from the late 60s through early 90s within the advertising industry. A Vietnam war veteran and disciple of Jesus Christ, all of Joe's work of the past is to glorify God and inspire the next generation of graphical artists to ride every wave until they leave this earth.
