The photo was taken in Bursa. A boy was walking his dog near sunset. When the mother called her child, the child started running towards the mother with his dog. I immortalized the silhouette of the mother, child and dog with my camera at that moment when the light hits it from the opposite direction.

I was born in Bursa in 1984.

I have been photographing since 2006. I am interested in documentary photography and minimalism photography in photography. I am a member of Bursa Photography Art Association (BUFSAD). My photographs have been exhibited in various group exhibitions. I have taken photos for many academic book studies. My photos have been published in local and national magazines. I received awards in various photography competitions. A few of the most important ones: I won the 1st place in Turkey in the People category in the National Geographic Photography Contest and the Golden Camera Achievement Award, one of Turkey's most prestigious photography awards. As a result of the awards I won in international competitions, I was awarded the title of AFIAP by the International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP) in 2011. In 2013, at the 24th FIAP Color Printing Biennial held in Argentina, I was selected to the team of 10 people representing Turkey in the international arena with the theme "Light is Used with Expertise" and the team won honorable mention with the 5th place.

In 2018, I opened my first personal exhibition in the field of documentary photography about the Srebrenica Genocide in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in Bursa. Approximately 10 thousand people visited this exhibition.
