For many, La Pastora is one of the first parishes of the city of Caracas, with its colonial houses of wide facades and large corridors in which stand out its windows of a meter and a half high.

La Pastora emerged as a habitable place on January 6, 1632, and was elevated as a parish on October 16, 1889, during the government of Dr. Juan Pablo Rojas Paúl.

As a Caracas native and pastoreño, I felt the desire to return to my parish in the company of my camera. To visit the places I frequented as a child, the families that saw me grow up, childhood friends and even my own family. It was not difficult for me to approach, it was like returning a

At the same time it is a tribute to all the protagonists of the images, each one has its own history. I hope to be able to tell you a little about them through these images.
