As we climbed the mountain, Karma and I had quite a few conversations although we both spoke a little bit of English. He seemed to have more questions about the other person than I did. Starting with family composition, talking about the opposite sex, and talking about soccer, the topics were all about masculinity. To be honest, I was at a loss as to how I would spend the first boring time without my forehead. And speaking of family, I missed my family for the first time on this trip. Karma was 24 years old, my age, but he had nothing in common except that he loved football. He was the head of a family and was a very devout Buddhist. Besides, I've never used a computer since I was born! In contrast to my friends who spend a lot of time in front of the computer. When I talked about the opposite sex, this friend made a look of surprise. There was a sense of purity in that expression.

After talking and walking diligently all day, the first village, Megma, appeared around 3pm. It was a village with a mysterious image, surrounded by thick fog and painted by a few ponies, hard to distinguish an inch ahead. We pondered whether to stay here for one night or to go up a little more and spend one night in Tongru Village, which is located 3,000 meters above sea level, and in the end we decided to go up a little more. If you climb the mountain more today, you will have more time tomorrow. As the sun was about to set, we managed to reach the Tongru.

“Yongoh!”

Thanks to Karma who called me clumsily, I avoided oversleeping. When we arrived at Tongru, we stayed at the lodge, and the most painful thing was the cold. It was the first time I had experienced such a cold in Korea. Even though I put on my underwear and all the clothes, and covered all the thick blankets provided at the lodge on it, my body was very shabby in front of the freezing cold of minus 30 degrees. He trembled like an aspen tree, but he barely fell asleep, and he slept for only two hours because of the cold, then woke up and shivered again, repeating the pattern of hell. As we were about to set off on our way back to our final destination, Sandakpu, an old man from the lodge stopped us and gave us something to drink. it was alcohol I can't remember the name of the drink, but the taste was similar to makgeolli. After one-shots, we left.

Most of them complain of altitude sickness in the mountainous areas higher than 3,000m. Even if it wasn't a blessing from God who prevented altitude sickness, at least the curse was avoided.
