My art is all about bouncing back from the most brutal pain and the beauty and struggle of mental health. I had to create my own space for introspection, dig deep and think a lot, to find my way back to a place of healing. I used to think I could outrun the darkness, but I learned it only fuels its fire. So, I embraced the light and the dark and found the strength to accept life for what it is.

Speaking up helped me take back control and sharing my journey has been an incredible way to connect with others. I’m not alone. My art is here to offer you hope and strength, to find the courage to close your eyes and meditate even in the midst of a storm. It takes guts and heart, but on the other side is a better, brighter life. I love you. 💜
