I captured this photo during a backpacking trip in Denali State Park in Northern Alaska in 2020. Myself, my best friend and my dogs trekked into the backcountry in search of views of the Tallest mountain in North America. Something I love about Alaska is that during the summer months it never gets dark. This is a dream for a landscape photographer, and allows for seemingly endless hours of good light. This image was captured around 1AM, and I remember shooting it from the door of my tent as laid in my sleeping bag. This photo reminds me why I love Alaska so much, and it makes me feel lucky to have called this place home for so many years.
Captured on Tanana, Dënéndeh and Ahtna Nenn’ indigenous lands.
This is a collection of 100 of the best and most loved images I've created throughout my career.
This collection features photographs captured across North America and Europe, created both digitally and with 35mm film. 100 moments is the culmination of more than 5 years of work, perfecting my craft as a photographer and visiting far corners of the world in search of perfect light and beautiful compositions.
Each photo tells a unique story, and I hope you enjoy these images as much as I have.
10% of proceeds from this collection will be donated to the First Nations Development Institute, who's mission is to strengthen American Indian economies to support healthy Native communities.
