Otto got a side job working at Carnie Town. He was short on dough and thought he would make some extra bucks during spring break. The carnies put Otto in charge of selling circus tickets. Otto fell asleep several times. On he day of the toxic spill at Carnie Town Otto woke up to ooze filling up around his feet. He had fallen asleep on the job and felt something warm and sticky filling up around him. It was toxic ooze that had spilled from an unknown location. Otto began mutating. His skin turned several shades of pink and yellow. He grew Mrs.Frizzle in his hair. He grew a second mouth. One of his hands turned into a snapping turtle. Around one of his legs he sprouted a green bird. Otto wobbled away trying to escape. Evil mutants we’re taking over the circus ground. Otto rushed into the nearby sewer.
Carnie Town had become so saturated with toxic ooze that the remaining carnies had to escape. The toxic ooze was mutating everything in sight. The only escape was down.
