The Pale man eats children. The Pale man had been hungry for several months as he found himself lurking the depths of the Carnie Town sewer. He had lost his way years ago from a small village in Spain. The toxicity from the spill made the Pale Man mutate and grow a small bird on his head which helped him see at night. He grew extra small arms which flapped around for no good reason. He was on the hunt for a child to eat. The Carnies ran past him quickly and were lucky he didn’t hear them.
Carnie Town had become so saturated with toxic ooze that the remaining carnies had to escape. The toxic ooze was mutating everything in sight. The only escape was down.
