WARNING FLASHING LIGHTS AND GLITCHING AUDIO****
Poodle is a piece of synesthetic motion. Audio and visuals synced. Synesthesia is a very interesting concept to me, and i really love exploring it through these pieces.
Poodle was created in two separate pieces of software. First the audio was created with Audacity, by importing raw data as audio. The only raw data file that sounded great was a Blender 3D file titled "Poodle" which i had made a few weeks prior. After it was imported, I moved some things around and shortened some parts to create what you hear now.
Next, I created a story board, second by second to visualize and capture the audio in my head the best that I could. After I had a complete storyboard, I started to animate frame by frame in Adobe After Effects. I used various shape layers in a variety of colors and animations to create a synchronic visual component to the audio piece. I did my best to represent the audio in visual form, and I am very happy with how it came out. I hope you enjoy it.
"Synesthesia -Audio in Motion" is a collection of NFT's created by NetMetropolis. The definition of Synesthesia is "a neurological condition in which information meant to stimulate one of your senses stimulates several of your senses." Sound has motion, these NFTs are my interpretation of sound in motion, synchronized in motion graphic animation form.
