"The Watcher"
I am going to the Cezanne exhibit at MoMa today. I'm very excited. In anticipation of this I was looking at some of his work online. I pulled up "Mont Sainte-Victoire" and grabbed some of the colors from the mountain in the back of that painting. My intention was to do an extremely abstracted landscape using those colors. None of the landscapey stuff was working for my but I did eventually, accidentally, make these eye looking things. After that I ran with it and I ended up with this. Perhaps this is me later today as I gaze at Cezanne's works? Or it is Cezanne as he looked at the mountain he would immortalize with his paints?

I love making abstract watercolor paintings. I just got a nice tablet and am learning to create digital art with it. I will be, to the best of my ability, making and minting one piece a day. This was inspired by Beeple's "Everydays" which he has kept up for over 5000 days in a row.
