"Woven Diamonds"
I generally don't know where I'm going with a piece when I start it. Often I'll get an idea of where I want to go along the way and when I get "there" it doesn't look like a completed work, but perhaps it can be a component for one. Other times I will have a completed work I enjoy, but I also think I could use it as a mere component for a future future work. Days 28 and 29, as well as days 35-37, were examples of this.
Today's piece is one of those as well. The nine diamonds here are the weave from Day 43 (Woven Wonder 2 ) with the color stripped out and rotated 45°. The palette for this piece is the "Green Spider" palette from Kjetil Golid's Art Blocks Curated project "Archetype."

I love making abstract watercolor paintings. I just got a nice tablet and am learning to create digital art with it. I will be, to the best of my ability, making and minting one piece a day. This was inspired by Beeple's "Everydays" which he has kept up for over 5000 days in a row.
