Eid hugs can get complicated. Three consecutive hugs (alternating sides) is the most common experience but sometimes the other person stops after two… and there’s this awkward pause where you are unsure if you should commit to the third hug 😅. Once in a while, a random kiss gets thrown in the mix. It definitely threw me off the first time I experienced the three kiss technique.
