バロックパールは真円を欠いた真珠の呼称。 17世紀にヨーロッパに流行したバロック様式の語源でもあるわ。一つ一つ個性があるところが魅力的なの。 アスターは別名エゾギク(蝦夷菊)、サツマギク(薩摩菊)。 中国、朝鮮半島原産で、宣教師によってヨーロッパにもたらされ改良が進み、日本には江戸時代に渡来したそう。 咲き姿は多様でサイズも花びらの色もさまざまなお花なのよ。
二つが合わさったこの模様は少し風変わりなところがあったりするのかしら。
