"The Invitation" is a digital painting based around Dante Alighieri's poem entitled "The Divine Comedy". Influenced by sculptures found in the Castle of Vezio, this narrative triptych follows the dialogue and journey between the viewer and "the abyss". As one stares into the void, the viewer opens communication with oneself, the meaning of life and the afterlife.
